Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Why don't you offer Cash on Delivery?
We're a small brand, and every order is packed with care. With COD, many orders get refused at the doorstep, and the shipping costs of those returns would have to be added to the prices of our products. By going prepaid-only, we keep prices fair, dispatch faster, and put our money into quality instead of return shipping.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
